You’ve had your Merry Merry and somehow didn’t burn the place you were at down, nor the homes around it. Now, before you have your Happy Happy, change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

I don’t care if you don’t smoke, have a fireplace or drink. Change the batteries. You really should have done it before Christmas, even if you don’t celebrate Christmas, because someone around you probably does and their house burning down could take yours while you are asleep.

It’s a simple thing, so do it!
