Been a lot of chatter about secondary sanctions on India and other countries for buying Russian oil. Despite getting in front of microphones and threatening severe sanctions, Trump has proven to be completely spineless. It has gotten so bad 80 Senators have signed onto senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal bi-partisan secondary sanctions bill.
Yes, it takes a two thirds majority of both houses to override a presidential veto, but that is only 67 votes in the senate.
India’s Upper Castes are Void of Ethics
I know we have people like Donald Trump and Jamie Dimon in this country who are void of ethics, but my multi-decade exposure to Indian companies and the general culture over there, makes that statement fact, not racist. I have Indian friends. They aren’t from upper Castes.

India’s lack of ethics dates at least back to the Cold War. Russia was routinely stealing DEC VAX equipment and reverse engineering these high end computer systems. It got so bad sundry graphics were etched into the CVAX microprocessor die.

The point here is India had no problem what-so-ever training its people on stolen technology and pirated software so they could take American jobs. India also has no problem taking America’s money along with American jobs and buying Russian oil at dramatically below market prices and Trump still can’t grow a spine.
To the Senators
Your bill must not allow the president any wiggle room. It must ban H-1B immediately. No loopholes, no carve outs for mega donors and no exceptions. You must require the immediate deportation of all H-1B holders and the associated spousal visa holders.
This is a national security issue far beyond Russia. Much of their money goes home. Once converted to gold or cash, it is untraceable. India has a massive terrorism problem. We have no way of knowing how much of the money that should have been paid to American workers is going to fund terrorist organizations that will one day attack Americans.
In addition you must place a $100,000/year-or-part-thereof/head tax on all Indian workers employed in India by American companies. This must include contractors and others provided by “vendors.”
Such action will also help solve your newest problem.
Shitty American companies like Disney, John Deere, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, and far too many others will not be forced to hire American workers paying real American wages, or that $100K head tax for Indian workers in India. Just think of all the payroll taxes! It might help make a dent in the latest ass raping you gave the American people with The Big Fraudulent Bill.
