Oh the political pundits fret about Nikki Haley’s path forward. They forget the fact Trump has a Georgia prison cell waiting for him. The Koch family is correct to continue funding her campaign. Trump and crew’s latest smoke screen attempt to stay out of prison isn’t going to work. If anything it might force the racketeering trial to be moved up. I love this quote from that article.

Bullshit lawsuits is what got Rudy Giuliani disbarred. It appears that the organized crime unit that was the failed Trump coup treats law licenses like Monopoly money.
Three Lawyers Cut Deals
When three lawyers from a failed coup cut a deal to plead guilty and testify, it’s a sinking ship. They know prison time is coming, not just disbarment. That’s why they cut a deal. Most recent one I read about was Jenna Ellis. That article has links to information on Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro’s deals as well. When three of the lawyers who helped organize the failed coup agree to testify the racketeering charge will be a slam dunk.
If you think not then read up on Hillary Clinton’s billing records. Refusal to turn them over are why we know about a little blue dress with a certain stain on it. Even if they become deaf mutes on the stand, the billing records will have been turned over prior to the deal being struck.
President Cannot Pardon Anyone for a State Crime
Trump’s claim to being able to pardon himself is a fart in the wind. The President cannot pardon anyone for a state crime. A Governor must pardon for state crimes and he has endorsed this prosecution.
Alzheimer’s
A major path forward will open as the reality of Trump’s mental condition becomes more apparent. I’ve already written about this. In 2020 roughly 5.8 million Americans were living with Alzheimer’s or a related form of dementia. That’s at least 5 million families who will recognize Trump’s disconnect from reality for what it is. Nobody who knows what Alzheimer’s does wants an Alzheimer’s victim holding nuclear launch codes.
The Path Forward
By the end of Super Tuesday, if not before, the path forward will be obvious. Either Trump will be well on his way to a prison cell or the mental decline will be quite obvious. He’s at a tipping point now.
