There are those brain dead followers of Donald Trump bitching about migrants crossing the southern border. Migrants crossing the southern border aren’t taking any job anyone wants. Now that you can’t buy a drink at Trump’s golf courses because a convicted felon can’t have a liquor license, you may also not be able to get a steak. That’s right reader. Just who do you think works in the slaughter houses? Your worthless offspring?

They can’t look up from their imbecile phones long enough to have a life.

Back when we raised livestock I can tell you the English language was not of much use any place other than the main office. The kill floor is definitely not a pleasant place.

Another Job Migrants Crossing the Border End Up With

My phone doesn’t take good pictures at distance. Was out on my morning 4-mile walk right after thunder and lightning had gone through with little rain and before thunder and lightning was supposed to come back around lunch.

That blob at the bottom of the blade is a guy in a little basket painting the blade. This one actually had two ropes going up. Last summer it was one guy in a saddle with one rope going up to a pulley and coming down to the bumper of a pickup truck. They were raising and lowering him by driving the truck forward/back. I kid you not! I don’t care if that rope was brand new, a lot of that shit is made in China now. You want more than one!

There were 2 guys on this thing. They had some kind of pusher pole sticking out the back of the basket against the windmill tower to keep them out to the basket.

Keep in Mind

Thunder and lightning had come through already. It was scheduled to come through again around lunch time. This was like 9am. This shit happens!

I need to dig through my NAS and see if I can find my “When a Windmill Needs Viagra” picture. One of the windmills not far from here got hit by lightning and the blade was melted down to a pile of ugly on top of the center hub.

Do you really want to believe U.S. Citizens were in those baskets? The Mexican I saw 2-3 years ago on my walk was working with a climbing harness and 2 ropes all by himself. He climbed to the head unit using the ladder inside the tower. Dropped two ropes down after anchoring them. Came back down, put on a harness, then rope lifted himself up while painting.

They Aren’t Taking Jobs We Want

The migrants from the southern border should rally against Trump and that dumb bastard in Texas. They should refuse to ship any meat to Trump properties or Texas. When nobody in Texas can get a steak or a burger that governor will be looking for a job. I will wager an entire can of diet Mt. Dew that immigrants are the ones painting the windmills in Texas too. It isn’t just that it is hard work out there in the heat. It takes a long time to get safely down but pop-up storms don’t take long to happen.

The Indian IT Workers Are a Different Story

They are taking good paying American jobs. Most American IT workers, especially senior ones, had to go to college. You’ve all ready about crushing student loan debt damaging the economy. I’ve written about the H-1B and other visa abuse before. Now that the DOL boosted on-shore minimum wage there has been The Great Visa Worker Purge.

What most of you don’t know is that IBM, Cag Gemini, insert-tech-company-name-here, have massive stables of Indians located in India taking American jobs. Many/most of them never went to college, they are just trying to “wing it” and fill out a body count. The Federal government needs to put a $100,000/head/yr tax on the stables of off-shore IT workers.

Talked with so many friends who quit IT because of this practice. Said companies hire an on-shore “Project Lead” or “Architect” to coordinate with off-shore team. The “team” they are given is looking up at useless so the “Architect” has to do the entire project themselves. Doesn’t take too long before “Architect” quits. Most of us have more than enough years in to retire and we won’t be worked like sub-human animals.

This “business trend” is one of the main reasons student loan debt is so crushing. All of the entry level jobs have been sent overseas by publicly traded firms.
