Those never ending profit margins are gone. The ability of corporations to get workers to install idiot phone apps keeping them always connected and always working despite paying them for a maximum of 40 hours per week are gone as well. The flip and stick phone counter culture has won out.<\/p>\n

It has been a counter culture movement<\/a> for quite some time. Humans who didn’t want to die while driving, walking, or a heart attack caused by working 24×7 never having a life. Services catering to seniors like Consumer Cellular and Jitterbug are growing. Even Samsung has read the writing on the wall<\/a>. They’ve introduced Galaxy Folder 2<\/a> but are trying to get idiot phone prices for it.<\/p>\n

Old people, geeks<\/a>, and those who generally just want to have a life where Google and Apple don’t record every nanosecond of their day are ditching those short life idiot phones in droves. Hey, who doesn’t love a good exploding smart phone<\/a> story? You just love it when the thing kills someone else. Let’s not forget smartphones are now more dangerous than drunk driving<\/a> with a body count to prove it.<\/p>\n

Let us not forget the real reason the counter culture won.<\/p>\n

Those individuals genetically deficient enough to buy an idiot phone also volunteered to remove their DNA from the gene pool.<\/p>\n
